VPS backup setup and review

Define backup destinations, frequency, retention, encryption, access, automation, monitoring, and alerts for a supported VPS. An existing configuration can be reviewed without claiming that it has already been restored successfully. When DataCompagnie configures a new backup, an agreed isolated restore check can be included. Damaged-drive and forensic file recovery are excluded.
